`anka cp` has been show to be equally performant as mount+cp. This ensures that even if we don't have mount capability, we can still upload files and build them. Tested with Anka Build 2.3.0 beta and Big Sur 11.0.1 Additional tweaks: * Save the install.log to disk prior to exiting Signed-off-by: Tom Duffield <tom@chef.io>
