Grand Reworking

This release is a complete reworking of the entire framework, jointly done by @nkanetka and @vermont42. Some goals of this release:

• Make everything Swiftier.
• Simplify demo app.
• Support Carthage.
• Make framework amenable to CI/CD.
• Add unit test(s).
• Lint.
• Use Swift 4.1 features/syntax.
