The Verso web browser project was an effort to build a functional web browser on top of the Servo web engine, with the goal of identifying what is needed for Servo to evolve into a mature browser. Several major contributions from this project have been integrated into Servo, as detailed in [Behind the Scenes of Verso Browser Development](https://wusyong.github.io/posts/verso-ui/).
