thing was missing a piece of config

HOW 2 DO IT:

  • leave the leading quotes BLANK leave them alone
  • put SERVER ID where it says SERVER ID
  • put CHANNEL ID where it says CHANNEL ID

also rebuild and restart webmommi after merging

cd WebMoMMI
cargo build --release

it really is that shrimple

found that the all_changelogs.yml file had conflict markers, the git pull had brought in changes already committed by the github actions (that also generates changelogs lol) and got stuck on them
commented out the committing part given that responsibility is now on github
