Shutters currently use halligan bar for both cutting and prying steps when forcing entry. Halligan bars are prying tools, not cutting tools.

Changes

  • attackby(): Split logic to require wielded fire axe for cutting, halligan bar only for prying after cutting
  • cut() proc: Changed parameter from halligan to fireaxe
  • examine(): Updated message to indicate fire axe is needed for cutting

Flow

// Before: halligan bar for both steps
1. Halligan bar on closed shutter → cut through
2. Halligan bar on cut shutter → pry open

// After: fire axe for cutting, halligan for prying
1. Wielded fire axe on closed shutter → cut through
2. Halligan bar on cut shutter → pry open

Emergency access with fire axe/crowbar on unpowered shutters remains unchanged.

Description

To break through a lowered shutter, you have to cut a hole and then pry the hole open with a halligan bar. Instead of using a welder for the first step, you use a halligan bar for both: this is not intuitive, nor does it make any sense at all because halligan bars don't have a cutting torch.</issue_description>

Comments on the Issue (you are @copilot in this section)

@west3436 Halligan Bars are used for prying, twisting, punching, and striking. I took a liberty here and assumed the first step would be punching an outline with the Halligan's pick followed by prying with the fork, but I do think using the fireaxe for the first step makes more sense both in-game and irl.

- Changed first step (cutting) to require wielded fire axe
- Halligan bar now only used for second step (prying)
- Updated examine message to mention fire axe
- Updated cut() proc signature to accept fire axe parameter

No we banned him for going full send on LLM bug fixes without even testing it. This was just me seeing if this works I don't plan to do it en masse lmao

but I did test it and it worked and there was proof I tested it in images. @SonixApache can vouch. Anyway, if you're going to accuse me of something, you should at least be able to back it up.
