What this does
Removes the shuttle liftoff & landing animations. The sounds and engine preheater animations remain.
Why it's good
These have been prone to bugs and just don't look very good either due to Byond limitations or my lack of coding skill! The containing procs have been left in place so if anyone wants to make another attempt it'll be easy to do so. Closes #38824.
How it was tested
Flew a variety of shuttles to a variety of destinations and confirmed no animations were present.
