Bump Calico and Kubernetes versions

Summary

Migrate cluster setup using invitro script from default iptables to nftables.

Dependencies bumped:

• Kubernetes: 1.29.1 → 1.33.5
• Calico: 3.30.4 → 3.31.0

Add nftables in calico configuration.

This PR should include the bump of vhive version in setup.cfg and merged after the vhive.

Also, please follow the contribution rules in vhive documentation (you are lacking the sign-off). And rename the PR, the main part of the PR is not migration from iptables to nftables, but bumping a lot of versions.

We are doing a full-scale version bump on vHive as well, and this PR in Invitro ensures compatibility between Invitro and vHive. And yes, these versions are compatible with Knative and Istio.
We are planning to release updates as a new version in vHive and Invitro to ensure compatibility.
