RGB_Matrix lighting mode exhibits a strange bug after turning off the lighting effects！！

I've recently encountered an issue with my keyboard. It uses the WS2812 RGB_Matrix lighting effect. When I turn off the lighting effects and then reconnect the data cable to power it on, the first LED on the PCB stays lit with a green color. Only the first LED exhibits this behavior.

Afterwards, no matter how many times I try unplugging and replugging the data cable, I can't turn off this green light. The only way to make it go away is to toggle the RGB lighting effect on and off. However, the problem reappears every time I reconnect the data cable with the lighting effects turned off.

This isn't about any keyboard or a specific keyboard model. As long as I enable RGB_Matrix, if I turn off the lighting while using the keyboard and then reconnect it by plugging in the data cable, the first LED on the WS2812 light strip will light up green and become uncontrollable unless I turn the lighting back on.I don’t think this is a firmware design issue of a certain keyboard, but a problem with the underlying rules.
