Adds some level of windows testing to our PR test script
Unit tests are currently failing to compile in pretty spectacular fashion, so settle for testing the example code in CI.

that if a deliberately wrong pattern is passed to
select-stringthen the task fails succesfully, whereas the build is now passing with the correct pattern
