Support status: optimize page for color blind people#2837

This easily allows to show a status icon next to the secondary text of a ListText item, which is needed for the support status page. The status is determined by the new "secondaryStatus" property, which can be set to one of the VenusOS notification levels (Info, Warning, Alarm) or left to -1 to hide the icon.
