[BUG] Mixed Audio Issue

Describe the bug
I tried to use it in a meeting, however, the error mixed audio issue kept coming up on my mac. How do I fix that??

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Opened pressed start call and then didn't work for me
2. Error came up

@dfprime9e can you add some screenshot to your issue? I believe its permission issue with system audio and mic. is the host transcription working or is not working for both?
