I'm currently updating phpredis stubs in phpredis itself (it's done, just needs some time to handle pending issues) to provide more exact types for phpredis from the get-go and to remove phpredis stubs from psalm completely, so I don't have to maintain them in 2 places anymore. Merging the PR is fine for me, just wanted to give y'all a heads up on this |

@kkmuffme Having the stubs in pslam helps testing frameworks/libs which have support for multiple cache engines but you don't have all of them installed locally. |
