PR #11725 refactored ClassLikeAnalyzer::checkFullyQualifiedClassLikeName() and ClassLikes::handleClassLikeReferenceInMigration() to accept ?Context $context instead of ?string $calling_fq_class_name, ?string $calling_method_id, but missed updating ArgumentAnalyzer.php, causing CI failures:

Changes

ArgumentAnalyzer.php — the missing file: updated all 3 call sites to pass $context directly instead of $context->self, $context->calling_method_id
ClassLikes.php — updated hasFullyQualifiedClassName/InterfaceName/EnumName(), classOrInterfaceExists(), classOrInterfaceOrEnumExists(), classExists(), interfaceExists(), enumExists(), and handleClassLikeReferenceInMigration() signatures; used null-safe ?-> operator ($context?->self ?? null) to safely extract properties from nullable context
Codebase.php — updated classOrInterfaceExists(), classOrInterfaceOrEnumExists(), classExists(), interfaceExists() signatures
All remaining callers — updated ~20 files (FunctionLikeAnalyzer, ForeachAnalyzer, TryAnalyzer, AtomicStaticCallAnalyzer, ExistingAtomicStaticCallAnalyzer, NewAnalyzer, StaticCallAnalyzer, ClassConstAnalyzer, StaticPropertyFetchAnalyzer, StaticPropertyAssignmentAnalyzer, InstanceofAnalyzer, ReturnAnalyzer, TypeChecker, MagicConstAnalyzer, etc.) to pass $context where previously two strings were passed
