Added support for Manifold Absolute Pressure based Primary Open Loop Fueling table.
Setting POLF table is optional for closed loop MAF scaling.
Open Loop column selection when loading log file now depends on whether POLF table is set - if it is not set ECU Target AFR is mandatory and engine load / manifold absolute pressure columns are not displayed. If it is set, engine load or manifold absolute pressure columns (depending on POLF y-axis) are displayed and cmd AFR column becomes optional.
Usage is updated for closed / open loop / maf iat comp tabs to mention using FFB the same way as Commanded AFR if available.
