For (legacy?) reasons, there is a "Verify all files in workspace" feature. With many of the changes over the years, this feature no longer makes any sense (if it ever did?). Diagnostics are not saved if you switch files, so after each file is verified, the diagnostics from the previous files are lost and there is no report.
Since this feature does not appear to be used by anyone, this PR removes it, instead of doing complicated caching of diagnostics.
