Adds a configuration option to enable presentation mode, linked to viperproject/viper-ide#542

So I don't looove introducing the concept of beginner mode in ViperServer. It feels like it should be something that lives only in the client and the client just gets what it wants from the server.
I guess it has to be this way because:

  • We don't want users to use the built-in VSCode settings (which is dumb, but hey here we are)
  • We do want to use the automatic LSP integration of VSCode
    So if the LSP server advertises it, VSCode will show it, so we have to disable it server side?

@rayman2000 that's exactly it, the Viper-IDE is not involved at any point with most of these LSP features - it just connects the LSP server of ViperServer to the LSP client of VSCode and lets them do the rest. I don't see an easy way to keep ViperServer unaware of this config
