I am a product owner building hard-tech products in the open, scalable systems in resource-constrained environments, and sustaining open-source communities for a decade.
At Command Code, I own developer experience end-to-end — Already eliminating DX friction from Auth flows, building core features like the VSCode Extension integration, and shipping PTY-based test infrastructure, for a terminal-based coding agent that continuously learns your coding taste.
Previously at balena, I built Leviathan, a hardware automation jig to test embedded operating systems directly on edge devices. Fast-tracking OS release cycles from 6 weeks to 3 hours, saving $500,000+ from manual testing, rollbacks & Day 0 support.
Learning as I go, I have worn multiple hats at work and excel at working on uncertain, challenging hard problems.
Apart from my full-time commitment, I run Mixster, an initiative to enable startups to "right" their docs, document their engineering culture, and create scalable content pipelines from scratch. Mixster is made up of engineers who love writing docs.
Offline, I was awarded the GitHub Star (2025 - Present) for contributions to open-source. I volunteer to put together PyCon India as Content Lead, the OpenHiL community for hardware-in-the-loop developers. I actively run a 3000+ members student community ALiAS to mentor early-stage developers, and organize meetups for GitHub's GitTogether India community. Read more about my communities.
I am a documentarian in life too and have been documenting my life, work, and travel extensively. My style of working involves ownership, eliminating problems than solving them, and radical candor (friends don't let friends be wrong). I also believe in trying a cheesecake in new cities I visit.
