Made adjustments to the game:
- Added Pause feature where the game will start initially as paused so the user doesn't die at the start without knowing what to do in the game.
- Included sounds for collecting the correct flus and wrong flus.
- Included a background music for better gameplay experience.
- Made the game full screen for better gameplay view.
