Wherever there is necessary or there is navbar I put contact us option in
the header section and contact us page is same or similar look or theme to
the website and which is not accepted? @vishal02527

You can see , what I make changes, during screen recording there is only 20
seconds to records that's why I shoot only that much only. Because 20
seconds more video is not accepted to put in pull request

This contact page is similar theme to the latest version of repo . This is updated version of contact us page , So please review it and merge this PR , Add gssoc-ext , hacktoberfest-accepted and level 2 to this PR , I currently need points, its very helpful for me if it been merge , so review it . @vishal02527.
