Updated all vite-plugin-inspect references in plugin-rsc examples to use a more concise one-liner format.

Changes

Replaced the two-line commented pattern:

// import inspect from 'vite-plugin-inspect'
...
plugins: [
  // inspect(),
]

With a single-line comment:

plugins: [
  // import("vite-plugin-inspect").then(m => m.default()),
]

This change:

• Reduces clutter by eliminating the unused import statement
• Maintains the same functionality when uncommented (dynamic import that returns the plugin)
• Makes the pattern more self-contained and easier to uncomment for debugging
