This brings over most of the test suite from
eslint-plugin-jest, with the main exception being our tests for ensuring the rule is graceful when@typescript-eslint/eslint-pluginis not available as those involve mocking withjest.requireActualwhich in Vitest looks to be async but we're not running in an async context.I've also identified a bug and have one other test that is not working correctly which I've marked as a todo but suspect I know the reason for.
Ultimately, this takes us from "no test coverage" to "mostly covered", so it's an improvement regardless of the above 😄
