fix(browser-webdriverio): fall back to WebDriver Classic #9244

Description

Check browser.isBidi before using BiDi commands in setViewport. When BiDi is unavailable (e.g., Safari or when wdio:enforceWebDriverClassic is set), fall back to setWindowSize instead of failing.
