Store the full environment module graph per project instead of duplicating subgraphs per test file. Shared dependencies are now stored once, and per-file views are derived on-demand in the client. Extract shared serialization utilities from blob reporter into `packages/vitest/src/utils/module-graph-serialization.ts`.
