The patch editor-split-translation-data.patch is no longer needed, as it was merged upstream between version 4.5 and the current release.

I tested the new version in the same way as before, with one project originally created on 4.4 and ported to the new version, and another started directly on 4.5, and everything appears to be working correctly.

Closing this PR to include the Godot update in a broader update chain covering the related SPIR-V, Vulkan, glslang, and shaderc packages, since Godot depends on glslang and its SONAME has changed.
