Resolving issue for ticket #893225

How to test it?

The issue can be replicated by adding a product in the cart, navigating to the checkout as a new user, filling in profile data and shipping address, then refreshing the checkout or returning to the front-end. When returning to the shipping step in the checkout you will notice that the address can not be edited or another address added. This issue replicates only for new users who are NOT part of any B2B organisation.
