Description of Problem
Via #3335, https://vitejs.dev/ was updated to https://vite.dev/ once - but there are several others occurences around the docs (as I found out when porting the change into cs.vuejs.org translation)
Proposed Solution
Update all links to new one.
Additional Information
All current links work thanks to automated redirecting, so it is not strictly necessary, but it will be cleaner.
