Includes #40, #41, #42.

Grafts the build tool from a fresh copy of a react app created by create-react-app into ethersignal. This should dramatically simplify the process of building and deploying production-ready code.

Deploy process is:

npm run build // creates production build.
npm run deploy // deploys build to https://vulcanize.github.io/ethersignal-1/
