Disabled default horizontal scroll mode because TableView has it's own implementation of horizontal scrolling.

Disabled default horizontal scroll mode because
TableViewhas its own implementation of horizontal scrolling. The default scroll mode was causing the issue when scrolling with only with touchpad at the row headers.
