This PR was created to address a review comment on PR #443 regarding broken xref references to "presentation protocol(s)" that don't have corresponding
<dfn>definitions.Per @marcoscaceres's feedback, the issue will be resolved when #443 is rebased onto #442, which already defines the missing terms. No changes are required in this PR at this time.
