These notes are redundant to the new note that was added.

I don't think it's fair to say "from EN 301 549", given that people involved in writing this note are actually contributing to the two committees. Can we suppress "from EN 301 549" from the PR title? |

This originated from the EU standards work, with some adjustments that we hope will also be adopted.
Also, removing Notes 1 and 2 as they are redundant with the new note.
