Thank you for your grant application, @dmeng-pixel. I like seeing developments on the energy certificate market and it looks like you have your feet on the ground in this market. However, the grants committee discussed it yesterday, and decided that it is not a good fit for the Grants Program given our new guidelines, specifically projects needing to create genuine and tangible demand for DOT tokens. You can find our new guidelines here. Also, we usually ask teams to talk to parachain teams directly when their project targets a specific parachain.
