As indicated here: MISP/MISP#5085 it sounds like monolog is no longer backwards compatible with the expected versions, the fix suggested here by @GelosSnake : MISP/MISP#5085 (comment) Should lock the version to one that is known to work.

Small change to ensure that we're running a monolog version that is compatible (seems like a newer released broke compatibility).
