이 PR이 어떤 기능을 추가했나요?

회의 바탕으로 테이블 작성했어요. users 테이블에 변화가 있고 나머지 테이블은 nullable 위주로 바꿨습니다.
swagger 정상 작동 테스트를 추가했어요.

주의해야 할 점이나 유의사항이 있나요?

도커 컴포즈 파일과 application.properties 파일을 수정했어요


          feat: init tables, swagger test, fix: env
