Add detailed documentation for Chatwoot setup, including Traefik labels, .env file creation, database migration steps, and Docker compose commands. Also, add `.env` to `.gitignore` to prevent sensitive data leakage. Rename `.env` to `.env.example` for clarity and to serve as a template.
Updated Traefik labels example to use specific domain and port values for clarity.
