migrate sensitive environment variables from `docker-compose.yml` to `.env` for better configurability add `.env.example` template and update `.gitignore` to exclude `.env` provide detailed Grafana setup documentation in README.md
Include dashboard IDs for Traefik, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Node Exporter, and RabbitMQ. Add link to Grafana's community dashboards.
