fastlane: slightly improve full descriptions

This PR slightly improves formatting of the English full description, making it possible to render it as Markdown (supported e.g. at IzzyOnDroid) while keeping it compatible with places not supporting it (e.g. F-Droid.org, PlayStore).

Only one issue: the commit doesn't follow this repo's commit style. The first line of the commit should be:

The first line of the commit? You mean the commit message – or the title of the PR? Sorry, I didn't know about this. I was upstreaming our local adjustments/additions over the weekend, opening close to 200 PRs, so I might not have checked thoroughly enough…

So shall I force-push with an updated commit message – or simply change the title of the PR?
