This PR introduces WASIX as a target with the goal of upstreaming it into Rust. Things that need to be done:

  • Add WASIX as a target
  • Run wasip1 test suite using the wasmer runtime in addition to wasmtime (optional)
  • Add wasix specific test suite and run it using wasmer
