feat(x/cm_idiomatic): initial commit

Feature or Problem

Had some discussions with other TinyGo developers on making some of the wit-bindgen-go types more closely match expected structures in Go. Results are a little more challenging to represent, but I think it could be possible.

What are the thoughts on lightweight transformers like these? Do these belong as an x library, or should they just be code generated as an additional pass after the wit-bindgen-go run?

think it makes sense.
However, I'd rather we wrap up #294 & have these helpers in the main component package. Otherwise we're asking consumers to import 3 different packages ( cm itself, component sdk, and this one ) instead of one ( component sdk ).
iirc the hold up there was wadge not being able to use a newer cm package, and it might have been solved already.
