chore: Provided support for nuxt 4

• set the module compatibility for both nuxt 3 and nuxt 4
• updated the module builder version and cleaned up the warnings
• set the package.json to allow nuxt ^3 or nuxt ^4 in the dev dependencies to allow backwards compatibility and not force users to update to nuxt ^4
• ran audit fix to zero out vulnerable packages
• set the version to 0.0.12
