Upgraded projects and workflows from .NET Core 3.1 to .NET 8.0, including use of latest GitHub Actions and Swashbuckle.AspNetCore 10.1.0. Refactored C# code to use file-scoped namespaces and C# 12 features. Integrated Swashbuckle.Servers.Extension for Swagger server variables, removing obsolete custom extension code. Updated project references and added minor solution/settings changes for improved maintainability and compatibility.
Bump project version to 2.0.0 and update release notes to reflect targeting .NET 8.0 and Swashbuckle.AspNetCore 10.1.0. Update package reference accordingly.
Adjusted indentation and whitespace in Swashbuckle.Rebase.Extensions.csproj to enhance readability. No changes were made to project properties or dependencies.
