Distance query

requirements:

If there is just a keyword, order by keyword relevance
If there is just a location, search within a 5 mile radius and order by distance
If there is a keyword(s) AND location, search within a 5 mile for results that match the keyword(s), and order by distance

This PR puts back the logic to the old way of doing this, its less efficient and when location is returned it shows results nearest to furthest disregarding keyword score

Todo:

• tests will need updating/reverting
• the countQuery needs refining when location is present

These should auto deploy to heroku test environments when merged
