Rewrote other .reduce occurences in a more succinct manner
- `baseURL` in `generative-anthropic` - `videoIntervalSeconds` in `multi2vec-google` - `outputEncoding` in `Multi2VecVoyageAIConfig` - the entire `text2vec-nvidia` module
Seems like Node 18 does not automatically 'resolve' port collisions, so 2 test running Express servers on the same ports will interfere with one another.

This PR adds functionality to support the latest features in Weaviate 1.30:
Compatibility with multi-value vectors, e.g. colBERT vectors of type
number[][], does not land in this PR since it would constitute a breaking change to the API surface. The changes are here: #264, and will require some kind of version bump to handle in a non-breaking way for users who will not use this feature but will be affected by the changing type system regardless
