Adds compatible tools page

Looking at the gh-pages site as it stands, we've got the "Baseline in the wild" and "Baseline in your project" pages already - I wonder if it might be a good idea to rejig the page names and their content a bit? I would propose the following articles:

• Tools for developers: provides information on what kind of tools are available for developers to use, broken down by Analytics/RUM, linters, package/build/polyfill and IDEs.
• Resources for content creators: lists things like the baseline-status widget, baseline logos, etc.
• Baseline success stories: links to case studies, blog posts, videos, anything where people have added Baseline to their workflow and talked about what it did for them.
• Docs and data: List out data sources that include Baseline statuses or some kind of useful compat data (MDN, caniuse, caniwebview), webstatus.dev, any other interesting dashboards we come across like @rviscomi 's Baseline Timeline.

I'm happy to do this restructuring, but won't be able to look at it properly until next week.
