Smarter Article Reading Feature for Browsers for Iphones and Macbooks #1010

Description

Most browsers already offer text-to-speech or reader modes, but they struggle to separate the main article content from side elements like ads, menus, or comments. On iPhone, for example, you have to manually highlight the text you want read aloud.

My proposal is to train an AI that can automatically recognize and read only the main article on a webpage. This would provide a much smoother and more natural listening experience.

The feature should be easy to activate—ideally through a small overlay icon on every website—rather than hidden deep in the browser’s settings.

Such a feature would be especially useful when walking or commuting, letting users listen to articles like a podcast while keeping their eyes on the road.
