This PR enhances configuration handling for the WebSocket server.

Changes include:

  • Added demo_websocket_config.py for demo purposes
  • Added test_websocket_config.py for configuration testing
  • Created WEBSOCKET_CONFIGURATION.md with setup instructions
  • Added SOLUTION_SUMMARY.md explaining the changes
  • Updated config.test-null-ws.json for test scenarios
