Nice I remember some problems with color dep but maybe now es modules work lGTM |

I didn't upgrade eslint either as it resulted in too many changes. That can come in a later request. |

Motivation
This updates the dependencies to the latest stable (with the exception of react native). I used to compatible version with the example app for Expo 54. Expo 55 will be coming out soon and we can upgrade to the latest react native when that time comes.
