feat: Manual save command

Description

As a user I am sometimes afraid my changes weren't saved. So this is an extra layer of confidence to know that changes are actually saved.

Steps for reproduction

1. click button
2. expect xyz

Before requesting a review

• made a self-review
• added inline comments where things may be not obvious (the "why", not "what")

• if any new env variables are added, added them to .env file
