Hi @wellykkstream, Webpack 5 has been released and you also support Asset Modules, thanks for this. But I think many developers still need to use SVG as a React component, that's why I created this Pull Request.
In this PR I have combined using both Asset Modules (type
asset) for import as URI and@svgr/webpack+file-loaderfor import as React component.I have also updated the usage in the
README.mdfile.Related: #223
