At Pythagora (YC W24), I was the first customer-facing hire and built Developer Relations from the ground up, owning support, documentation, community, marketing, and developer content. I wrote blog posts and READMEs, shipped full-stack demo apps, created YouTube tutorials, and partnered with the founders to shape the product roadmap through user feedback.
Before that, I spent 7 years at Streak (YC S11) in technical support, where I wrote internal and external documentation, built internal tooling, mentored teammates, ran 1:1s, led new hire onboarding, and developed automation workflows using SQL, BigQuery, Google Apps Script, APIs, and Zapier.
