#9942 isn't a blocker, but the extra Flot plug-in probably needs to be tested for compat too

Tested locally. This update is not compatible. Even by updating the resources to the correct URLs and making some other adjustments, the charts do not look the same and half of them do not work.

Is there any dependency on jQuery with flot where the old version we are running could negatively impact the upgrade?
